Members support CIMC through their annual pledges, and may join at any time during the year. Without this source of income CIMC could not continue to exist as a center for teaching and practice. Your contribution is fully tax-deductible and your pledge of support in any amount is greatly appreciated.

Suggested Amount

The suggested annual pledge is $300, or $25 a month. However, we recognize that $300 is not appropriate for everyone: for some it is too high, and for others too low. Therefore, we have included other options: one is to pledge $420 annually ($35 a month), and another is to pledge a different amount that you feel is most appropriate for your income.

Calendar Year

The CIMC membership year is the same as the calendar year (Jan-Dec).

Calculating Your Pledge

To make a membership pledge for part of a year, determine how much you are comfortable pledging, how frequently you would like to give, and multiply this by the time remaining in this calendar year. For example, if you choose to give $30 each month and it is April, there are 9 months remaining in the year so your pledge would be $270 ($30 x 9 = $270). If it is November, there are 2 months remaining and your pledge would be $60.

Renewing Your Pledge

We ask that renewals be made in January if possible.

New Members

We ask that you pay at least 3 months of your pledge when you first join the Center, or in full if there are less than 3 months left in the calendar year.

Tax Deductions

Membership pledge contributions are fully tax deductible.
